Time Sensitive
Time Sensitive is one of the three scheduling features Porfolio has. This allows you to schedule up to 24 messages at specific days and times for each individual message.
Contrary to Send in Bulk in Time Sensitive you need to select the days and times for each individual compose message box. Click on the day text (calendar icon) to pick the day you want to schedule selected message.
Then click on the time (clock icon) to pick the time you want to schedule selected messages then click "Accept". Be sure to do this for all compose message boxes.
Fill all compose message boxes with content you like (photos, links or text). You can drag-drop from your Snippets groups or use the auto populate feature.
Click on the social network icon and look for the group where you have the social networks you want to schedule message to. Drag-drop the social network you want into the social network box.
After you drop the social network in the box it will appear with the appropriate social network icon, profile picture and username. If you don’t want to send or schedule to that social network simply click the X icon on the top right side of the social network account to remove it. You can also drag-drop an entire group into the social networks box. When you do all social networks inside that group will be added to the list of social networks to send or schedule messages. This is useful when you want to send the same messages to multiple social networks at once.
After filling all compose message boxes click the paper plane icon on the upper right corner to schedule your message to the selected social networks. After scheduling you can review all scheduled messages by going to the Publisher.
- You must fill all compose message boxes before scheduling. Message boxes cannot be left empty.
- Don’t duplicate times on the same day. This means that you can’t send more than one message at the exact same time on the same day.
- Don’t duplicate your messages. If you write the exact same message (duplicate) in more than one compose message box it will not allow you to schedule it. Sending duplicates is considered SPAMMING by social networks and can get your account banned.
- If one of your messages goes over the character limit of Facebook or Twitter the message will not be scheduled. Each compose message box has a character counter to help you out with this.
